There aren't any official AES exclusives that aren't also on MVS. There is a handful that have minor rom revisions that are generally only on the AES cart. The differences are only academic.
For unofficial, the original Last Hope is one I can think of that was technically AES-exclusive, but it can be converted to MVS, and no one cares.
Magician Lord is a major revision example. There are many others with much more minor AES rom revisions.Just curious if you were referencing Magician Lord here, where some AES versions have 6 life boxes instead of 4.
So, you're back with a sarcasm punch eh?Wasn't Aero Fighters 3 Aes exclusive?
Is this the don’t fool the pope guy?My post would like to point out what I have learned after 35 years of neo geo loving: MVS is way superior gear than AES. More games, more options and real arcade feeling played with super ( snk when possible) cabs.
MVS was the gear for truly fortunate people...aes is a more poor counterpart.
sorry for being off topic.
AES was for poor people. Got it.My post would like to point out what I have learned after 35 years of neo geo loving: MVS is way superior gear than AES. More games, more options and real arcade feeling played with super ( snk when possible) cabs.

Excuse me , a cabinetAES was engineered by SNK to convert console gamers to arcade gamers. Lure you in with an AES and next thing you know you're down the CMVS and SuperGun rabbit hole.
The true neo geo experience is playing it in the arcades, not to mention the very rich guys back in the days bought a mv25up to enjoy really arcade feeling:AES was for poor people. Got it.
Listen to you mister the "true neo geo experience" what a load of shit it's a fucking video game system. You're talking about it like it's a 100 year old scotch. The true neo geo experience is playing it in the arcades, not to mention the very rich guys back in the days bought a mv25up to enjoy really arcade feeling:
Yes, aes is poor people from a real arcade perspective/experience. And it has nothing to do with how much aes carts could cost. That's totally another thing.
As a bottom line, you could also discover that some mvs cabinets are truly a work of art, like mv25ta or the first neo50 made by daisho shokai. Brilliant design cabinets that go nowadays for more money than a Kizuna encounter english home cart if you can actually find them.
it takes time to grasp the real power/essence of neo geo.If MVS is the true neo geo experience, why weren't you inflating MVS prices back in the day instead of helping to shaft the home console market for Neo Geo?
