did a search and couldnt find any threads on this....

So how about it? Has anyone successfully swapped one of these out? I broke the top screen on my wife's DS accidentally so while I am going to buy her new DS lite I figured I would at least try to repair this one and keep it for myself. I see alot of junker DS's on ebay though from people who apparently tried (and failed) doing this replacement. That doesnt mean it is hard necessarily but maybe there are some things to be aware of while doing it?

So if anyone has any insights or advice, please post! This is for the original DS model as well, not sure actually if there is any differences in screens though.... heard something about the lite screens being brighter?
