Final Fantasy II (Final Fantasy IV) is the only one I can finish........

FF3 (VI)........1/3 done
FF5.............never play it (game is in shrink wrap)
FF7.............1/3 done
FF8.............only play 15 min
FF9.............only play 30 min

FFIV - Last boss kicked my ass, didn't feel like leveling up and gave up.

Probably going to play through it again soon as my girl hasn't played it yet, and she loves RPG's. Here's my list BTW:

FF4 - Haven't played it yet!
FF5 - Gave up/will go back
FF6 - Beat it.
FF7 - Beat it.
FF8 - Beat it.
FF9 - 3/4 done.
FF10 Demo - Done, and the voices suck! Will play full version when done FF9!
