As far as I know a 4 slot is standard jamma, my 4 slot works fine in my standard jamma cab, and i never re wired anything.

no, it's not standard jamma.
check http://arakon.hn.org/2slot.html for a pinout. the images on the page are broken, as I had to grab it from the google cache.
