I've recapped pacs.

At some point here I'll be RGB modding mine and trying to figure out why my friends won't power on.

Are you on pcefx? Bluebmw, thesteve, and chop5 over there I think all fix Laseractives.

Check the protection IC's on the power board. They are in TO-92 transistor packages...6 or so on the board.

When my LA went into protect mode I checked them and found one that shot up into Mohms soon as I put the leads on it.
