looks like a Vindicators cab, but missing the 'tracks' at the bottom.

I think that cab was posted once before. I'm also pretty sure it's a Vindicators cab as well. If I had that, I'd find a way to get new tank treads and make it look like a tank and make it a Metal Slug only machine.

I dont know why these cabs always get converted into neo geos. I have seen at least four or five like this...

Yeah its a pretty fucked up looking cab. I generally hate conversions, but man that is some real shit.
