I ama fighting master without combos or specials, just use him with jump kicks to the head and trip ups, you will soon see how easy he can win,
he is by all acounts almost as lame as franco bash in fatal fury 3

the df+B is pretty good as it can be comboed after a C or D attack, and then allow any of his crappy special moves.

so just
jump C/D, stand C/D, df+B, any special.

he's not that bad,m but I really only use him as a striker.

Ramon is not that worse!

I do not know many Combos of him but his qcb+weak punch move is very useful in teasing and tricking opponents.

Use a grappler-striker like Maxima or Shingo or Benimaru, and then do his qcb,hcf+kick move!
