Still rocking the RG Cube XX running Knulli and been playing mostly vert shmups on the go.

I still play on my DS/3DS with an R4 and will keep those handhelds running as long as I can. I've turned a few broken DS Lite systems into Gameboy MAcros.

The amount of time I've recently put into Space Invaders Extreme 1 & 2 could easily take up the flight time from NYC to California.

Playing around with Vita3K for the first time, on the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro - shocked how well it runs. Some random compatibility issues here or there, but heavy stuff is running great so far.

I'm so tempted to go for the top stick version of this, if only to mess around with Steam FEX.

I agree, I genuinely want one of these...but I am dead set on the Thor once I get this so called "disposable income" soon.

You'll cowards are still going to use the Nintendo layout on your "Vita?"

Except those controls look like they're hot-swappable/flippable modules? Interesting, although it looks less flexible (not six-button friendly) compared to the modules on the Ayaneo 3?

My Rp4 Pro handles everything up and to Vita pretty well, I wish it were better with 3DS though. I still have my heart set on a Thor as soon as I have that pesky disposable income. I'm guessing this will have a Dimensity chip and not Snapdragon though....we'll see

Whomp Whoooomp!

Edit, they shoulda' done a Dimensity or SD865 version and it would've handled a decent amount of Vita.

Looks a lot better after someone swapped some PS buttons in.

Love the design, if you didn't have something good for PSP emulation, it'd be a nice choice. Needs way more oomph though.

FOMO got the best of me and I pulled the trigger on a Retroid Pocket 6. I just don't think that the next couple of years are going to see handheld manufacturers sourcing 12GB LPDDR5X or more, plus whatever other components, and turning that around to sell for under $300.

Steam Deck going out of stock* and Valve continually holding off on announcing pricing on the new hardware pushed me over the edge.

*Okay, I placed my order yesterday and only just found out about the deck being completely of out of stock as I was checking specs to make this post, but it affirms my choice so I threw it in there.

Good choice. Hopefully I can snag a Thor soon as well.

Many consumer electronics manufacturers 'will go bankrupt or exit product lines' by the end of 2026 due to the AI memory crisis, Phison CEO reportedly says
