I don't mean like it has to be out, or holding something... maybe you should just draw one or two fingers in the darkness of her clothes... just for people to know that it is still there.

Pretty good overall. Nice pose, fairly solid anatomy. The hand holding the card is too small and drawn poorly (in comparison to the rest of the figure) - it's quite evident you added it afterwards. The lines could be cleaned up a bit more as the picture is kind of "scribbly" in some areas.
