Can't help you with the AES stuff, but http://tzd.com/ sells duo AV cables for $12.00. Great site, I used to order turbo stuff from them all the time.

No problem, tzd used to be amazing but I guess when you only sell brand new items of out of stock material your selection will go to shit eventually. Good luck finding the other things you need.
