About A/V cables

Sorry if this is a simple question, but I have to ask. Isn't there a set of A/V cords you could buy with White, Yellow, and Red to use with the NEO to produce stereo sound? I'm sure my answer is no, but maybe I could get an answer as to why? I'm kind of confused as to why the SNK boasts '15 channels' of sound but doesn't have standard 3 cord A/V out.

the av port only has mono. you can get stereo by getting a converter from the headphone jack to RCA and hooking up the red/white plugs to that instead.

The stereo mod you see people mention does just that - but you have to have your machine converted.

The 15 channels are for using different instrumentation. It doesn't mean like mono or stereo. For example, you can have a piano sound on one channel, drums on another, sound fx on a third.....
