I'm not against owning guns. I have close family members who are responsible gun owners. Hell, I plan on buying a rifle for sport in the not too distant future. But these mass shootings are getting out of hand. This sort of thing should not be a normal thing.
The paranoia about the government coming in and taking your guns away is beyond stupid. Obama has been in office for 8 yrs now and never once hinted at taking guns away from anyone. The only thing I've heard is that he wants to make it tougher for people who are not quite there mentally to easily obtain guns.
I am now bailing out of the topic because I don't care to waste my time going back and forth on this subject. I'm too old for this .....
