yes I agree. I think SA1 is good. except it calls for a more offensive. So u can be rushdown building a good constant amount of bar. Can't use many EX moves, except an EX SBK on wake-up if you full bar. However the bar is short. And yes, it's a good anti-air, one frame start-up & invulnerable. One thing that works on most people is forward + MK (blocked), SA1. And ye it is good as an anti-air. Plus, it has a kinda weird hit-box on it.
It happened to me on-line like a month ago or so. I guess was jumping and was right behind me, but the super like sucked him in and I got all my hits. Howver, the further away it hits, the less the damage& hits. Plus, if has bad recovery. But it still connects from all of Chun-Li's important normals like
cr. MK, back + HP, standing close MP, UOH link, forward + MK link. standing close HK, but I donno about standing HK on a crouching opponent
