I mean, I would be cool with a new Slug that's pretty much the old formula with nice new levels and maybe some new weapons or summat, nothing too fancy, would love it

but what would that lead to? either c&p of Slug 1 and 2 with some elements of 3 thrown in or something "new" nobody likes

5 I played casually, it's not bad

same here, basically dropped out after 4

great risk-vs-reward balance

4 rewards over-the-top aggressive play

which I prefer over the bullet-eating enemies of 3

which results in loads of one-hit enemies

sort of chain bonus

which gives you points for doing multiple kills

yeah, it has the medal bonus system

and yeah, it's not as pretty as 3 but way more playable

ppl just had that allergic thing going with it not being made by SNK, etc.

Slug 4 was always great
