An old NES / Atari Lynx game called "Crystal Mines" got a DS version in Europe and Australia. I loved that game as a kid, so I imported a copy years ago. If you like that style of puzzle game, see if you can track it down.

I loved playing around with Apple IIes at school during indoor recesses. It was always a mad dash to get to them to play Oregon Trail. I even managed to get one for free in high school when they were tossing one away. I wish I had held on to it.

Thanks! I picked up an LG b4 tv during the holidays and was looking for something decent that would let me hook up and play my older consoles, since that tv only has HDMI and (I assume) doesn't like lower resolution video signals.

I haven't seen too much of Clone Wars myself, just random episodes here and there when the room mate had it on at the time. Some of it seemed ok, although man did he hate that chunk of episodes from the last season you mentioned. I saw a little more of Rebels, again, cause the room mate had it...

I mean, even if they do that, it's too late at this point any way. Carrie Fisher is dead and Harrison Ford wont do any more. So we can't really get any more stories with those characters people cared for. You can't really recast them (at least that's what that Han Solo movie seemed to indicate)...

I dunno, I feel like it would just end up like Sony's Spiderman and Spiderman-related stuff, where they just keep getting rebooted every few years and somehow always get worse. Although I'm sure you're right. I mean, people keep going to that stuff too, even when it results in Morbius.

You can pretty much emulate every system from Original xbox and earlier these days (other than CD-i, I think?), although I haven't found a good one for neo geo / neo geo cd. I've heard MAME does it, although I haven't messed around with that one in a long time. I wish neoragex worked on modern...

I mean, at this point, I feel like the damage is already done and no one really cares what happens with Star Wars any more. Kind of like Star Trek. It's gotten run into the ground so hard, there's just no saving it.

Yes! I just learned people finally got it working in stuff like Mednafen recently. I tested it out with one of my favorite games (Iron Storm) and it worked flawlessly. https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Mednafen I use it with the Mednaffe front end to make things easier.

Things like the ones Beelink make? I picked one up a year ago, and I'm having a lot of fun with it and using it as a little ROM machine mostly that I plug in to my tv. It's just wild to me to see such a small computer play (now admittedly ancient) stuff from Dreamcast, PS2, etc.
