A fellow connoisseur. They have quite a few locations in Tokyo and some are even genre specific. I am a particular fan of the Jazz location near Ochanomizu station. Tower Records in Shibuya is also worth checking out. They're 9 floors. They have some used stuff too.
Fushimi Inari Taisha. Climb...
Got some 1CCs in the last week:
Earthion
Salamander 2
Salamander 3
Salamander 2 was probably my favorite. I got down to a 2CC really quick, but it was tricky to get that down to a single credit. The last boss fight is so long, and I had so many close calls. I even died on him at the same time...
All of this, but especially the bolded bit. The game just feels mean. I beat it on normal, but I don't think I'd ever want to replay it. By far my least favorite of the Tengo Project games.
If the audio tracks are in the wrong order, you can edit the .cue file. They're just text files, so you can open them in any text editor, even plain Notepad. I had to fiddle with Neo Turf Masters since the courses had the wrong music.
I threw it on my SD loader. Not sure when I'll actually get around to trying it. Funny how the SD loader only got support for the game in the latest firmware which came out in mid-October.
