All four sides of the Deltron II instrumentals seem to be defective. They play, but they make the player extremely susceptible to self-miscuing, even when removed from amplification. Also the sound is pretty mediocre. I can’t remember if I noticed this or not back when it came out. Oh well.

Absolutely zero sound quality issue with that one. :) One of my all time favorite 12”s.

This record blew my mind when it came out, at which point, IIRC, it was only available as a download. I saw him on the associated tour and it was more Saul Williams than any other time I saw him, if that makes any sense. Very impressive and weird and black.

Now I'm mostly impressed by how long this album seems since the music itself is pretty relentless for the entire hour.

10/10

Catching up on some cellar dweller crate digging from the weekend.

Both have original shrink and are spectacular shape. The mono copy is original (6 eye) label. The Stereo Copy has a 70's (Red with yellow text) label.

A friend of mine who died recently worked on both sides of this single.
