Hello all here are 3 29" CRT for SALE for $150 EACH:

x2 - 29" Curved CRT from Initial D3 Cab
x1 - 29" Flat CRT Wells Gardner w/ Digital Menu

Details:

Wells Gardner CRT has only color Blue, not sure how to fix. I believe you need to simply reflash one of the IC chips on the chassis. (Based on online research)

29" CRT monitors taken from an Initial D version 3 twin cab. Both monitors are working, but both need a recap. I purchased the recap kit for both with the plan of doing it myself, but never got around to it. The recap kit is included for each monitor. They have a vga input, pretty sure they only work with 31khz signal. They have Initial D screen burn. I am including a cap kit with the initial d monitors.

I wanna make some cccrrrazy money!

That thing is awesome. I'll be the first to say, "If only I were closer...and I had the room", because that is a great price for a such clean and fun dedicated.

It's a fun game, really grabs the attention of people not typically into games. But I need to make room for some new pick ups. Hoping someone can get some fun out of it, I will definitely miss it.

So clean I'm tempted to get another one! If only Crazy Taxi had a 2 cab link mode.

Looks great, GLWTS!

Thanks for the compliments! I am hoping misterfalcon will give this cab a new home. It will be missed, but I need the space for new cabs!

Monitors are still available. Some information on the monitors:

They were working when first pulled from the cabs, being sold at $150 as handyman special with cap kit included, since they need to be recapped. Currently I do not have simple way to hook them up and test them for people, but like I said they need to be recapped, so even if fired up you are not gonna get a great image to start.

I may go ahead and recap them myself, but at that point I will ask for a bit more than $150. So if you have the skills, scoop up the deal.

Crazy Taxi sold for $600.

Now I have added one more 29" CRT. It's a Wells Gardner flat screen with digital menu. Same price as the others. Pick up for $150.

what a sweet cab. You're in SF? Have we met at one of the gamemeets at some point..?

+1 for a cool looking sale.
Usually dead color in a WG is due to dead transistor in the neck board (I used to work in arcades). But the digi ones could be a little more finicky I suppose.

I'm not in SF anymore, and I haven't been to one of the meets yet. I might take a look at that suggestion. I thought it might be one of the IC chips (I think that this happens to the D9200 model as well).
