There are people when faced with that ultimatum will just say "k, fuck you, bai". Presumed guilty until self-proven innocent. What does Opes owe you? What does he owe some random complainer who won't even post his complaint publicly? I think there is every likelihood that Opie just felt like there was no point in dealing with all of this, thus the terse first reply. If Ryan Gosling says that there was no agreement that dumping the rom was part of the sale, then who cares besides rom chasers? Basically, we don't know anything except that while maybe against the spirit of the deal, he was under no obligation to dump the rom, further we can't say that he simply flipped the board, only that apparently it is sold if the "everything stated is true" line can be taken to be an agreement with mjrmjr's detailing of the sale.

By the way, the forum would be a much better place if there was none of this behind the back, politicking bullshit and everyone just posted their own shit to the board. Then there would be no concern of yours over outing people. As far as I'm concerned anyone doing such doesn't belong here anyway.

I have most of my problems here born out of bitchy little nancies crying to the mods, they can't never stand on their own because they are feeble, afraid, miserable sour puss faces, useless in every possible way and the sad fact that mods listen to their pleads is crazy, I understand that they have to but with little common sense you can have solutions.

My solution to this debacle is simple; Let the perpetuator come forth, state his case and let us all come to terms with it. People like this should be able to voice their opinion publicly, here's a regular member thrown off and cast aside like he's a criminal over an insinuation, an implication, a verbal exchange, wouldn't even call it an agreement. Petty in the end.

I'm willing to help, whomever has the board can send it to me, I'll cover shipping and take care of getting it dumped, I got Busted and ReplicaX here who I know can help me. My only request is that OP has to be given back all his priviledges the second we come to a real agreement.
