MATRIMELEE  Video Footage

This video shows many supers which are very colorful, some filling the screen with special effects. You can hit the referee which results in a combo hit to your opponent. There are also instances of mid fight events that require you to hit the appropriate buttons as they are displayed on screen. Wacky moves such as turning your opponent into a frog or a duck which appears to be an ability exclusive to the female characters.

Video below shows intro, Vs screen, and a couple of computer rendered rounds of fighting. None of the supers (moves using "POWs") are displayed here, only basic fighting and some specials. There is no sound in this video as I was told the background noise of the show was too loud. FYI, Matrimelee has perhaps the best use of voice and sound effects of any NeoGeo cartridge based game to date.
