The Neo·Geo Black Book consists of crooked neo-geo traders/sellers.  Only someone who has ripped me personally will be listed.  The book is here to warn people and prevent potentially negative future neo dealings.  All internet fraud is reported to https://www.ifccfbi.gov/.  I advise others who have been cheated to report to the IFCC as well, which is a program of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Orochi Kaede (I've been told that Orochi Kaede is Chris Mullins), ripped me for $220 over a new U.S. Last Blade 2 MVS kit.  Seller confirmed that payment was received on 2/28/00.  He eventually stopped answering emails.  Last reply was sent 3/29/00.
