Infinately, evidently. He's not even bothered to add Maximum Impact or NeoWave. What was wrong with the other two threads we already had asking this same question?
Just to throw things for a loop. I normally vote '99 because of sentiment. But this time I voted '03. Simply because it has my three favs, Maxima, Yamazaki, and Chizuru.

For the second time in a week, and the third time in about a month, 2002. We have one of these favorite KOF polls in the King of Fighters section (that people are still posting in as of this afternoon), and one in General Discussion (started only 4 days ago). Now we have one in 24-Bit. I'm betting next is Gameplay.

Dont know why but I've always prefered 95 over the other Kofs. I especially love the NeoGeo Land stage.

I love pretty much all of them, but I feel that 98 just says "I'm SNK, I'm badass... bitches."
I think 98, 2k, and 2k2 are all great. GREAT games. I think that KOF96,97, and 2k3 area also fantastic games, but aren't the best of a great series... not quite up there with the first three I mentioned.
But, this series is getting a wee bit tired. I'll keep playing them anyhow.... well, except that neowave shit. Jesus, what were they thinking?
Oh, and yes: this is about the 1 BILLIONTH time this has been asked. Doesn't hurt to reask every once in a while, as new games come out, and the older ones are cracked to reveal bugs/infinites/whatnot.
