I bought a Dreamcast bundle from him last week, and he promised to send the bundle on Wednesday, the day after I paid. He also said he would inform me of the tracking number once he had sent it. Wednesday night, when I had not gotten anything else from him, I PM'ed him asking about it. Thursday he PM'ed me back, stating that he had not been able to ship it, but that he would get it out that day. Still nothing. Now, his story is that the shipping box wasn't good enough, and he is looking for a better box, and will ship to me tomorrow. I don't know if he actually intends ship it or not, but here's the kicker.

His PM box was full over the weekend, so I sent an e-mail to him, at both his e-mail address associated with his account (zatochi34@yahoo.com), and at the e-mail address listed on the PayPal payment I sent him. I got an e-mail back from the PayPal e-mail address this morning, and I find out that it is not his PayPal address to which I was sending the funds for the DC, but another N-G.com user's. The other person, who I won't name, let me know that Killercrossover had agreed to buy some Mortal Kombat boards from him, and was going to sell him a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 CPS-2 board. However, the other person wouldn't send until he had the money. I have asked the other person to refund my PayPal money, which he had said he would be glad to do. If I had known this was not a direct deal, there is no way I would have agreed to do it. Killercrossover should have let me know what is going on, because this really makes the whole deal feel like a scam, to both the other user and myself.

Also, the other person told me that the account he had dealt with was The BEAST3, not Killercrossover. So, I checked the profile for The BEAST3; his associated e-mail address is zatoichi33@yahoo.com, while Killercrossover's is zatochi34@yahoo.com. An unbelievable coincidence, if these two aren't the same person.

Again, I am not accusing Killercrossover of scamming me; he might have intended to send the stuff, although I am doubtful, given the surrounding circumstances. However, not letting me know about the third party involved was wrong, and I would be very careful dealing with either of these accounts. Sorry to everyone for the length of this message.

I'm also waiting for some games I traded with THE BEAST3 over 7 weeks ago.

I got a pm from him with tracking number, but the number doesn't work.

I hope we'll get our stuff...

this is THE BEAST3's dreamcast package, but since Dreamer did a bad thread about him, The BEAST3 told me if I could put it up on sale for him, so I did.

That sounds pretty shady anyways and IMO, he needs to get a good name for himself by doing good deals. Not having other people sell his stuff for him. What can he do? He can take $5 of the price of something and pay for other people's paypal insurence until he is back in a good light on the sales boards. Or, send his stuff first in trades...

This just makes him look shady.....even if it wasn't even thought of by either of you as something not straight forward.

I am not saying anything bad about either of you, because I haven't delt with either of you. But, I am saying that this doesn't look good and now is going to be poor publicity for the both of you.

I am not the beast3, what the hell do you mean, we both happen to like zatoichi, so I decided since his email is zatoichi33, I will be zatoichi34:rolleyes: Actually I was going to send it to you, this is THE BEAST3's dreamcast package, but since Dreamer did a bad thread about him, The BEAST3 told me if I could put it up on sale for him, so I did. The BEAST3 was working out a deal with another member for some MK boards that he wanted, so I decided to help him out. I was going to send you the dreamcast bundle, but the box I had was shitty, so I decided to get another box. I know it was my fault no telling you it was another members paypal address, but I wanted to do the beast3 this favor, and get him those MK boards because he helped me out in the past, but if you got back your money, then there's no reason for me to send out the package, so forget it.:mad_2:

I just did an IP check. I realize you "two" are supposed to live near each other, but with these numbers, it's more like one of you is up in the other.

Okay, it's my turn to have my say about this. I am the person whom msu89dawgs is referring in his first post. He didn't want to post my name until he asked me. But given what's going on and yet someone else is trying to pull an aaron lewis, I had to post.

First off, I had a feeling that Killercrossover and the beast3 were the same person. Same type of avatar, with Killercrossover having a Scorpion avatar and beast3 having a Sub Zero avatar. Coincidence... Maybe. Then one day, when Killercrossover had a Marvel Super Heroes CPS-2 blue board for sale, which he stated had the battery changed recently, so it would last for another 4 years. I was interested, so I PM him. He never got back to me. A few days after I had PM Killercrossover, during one of my PM conversation with the beast3 about the deal he wanted from me, he happened to mention a Marvel Super Heroes board with the battery recently changed so it would last another 4 years (his exact words). Coincidence... maybe again... Also, when I saw the thread about the beast3 recently and how Killercrossover claimed he went to Mexico, I just laughed, since the beast3 has been responding to my PM. And has anone else noticed that Killercrossover and beast3 are the only people who vouch for each other? And finally, given the fact that they both have the same email address and IP address, it's basically a given that these 2 are the same person.

So everyone needs to stay the hell away from BOTH of these scammer! I have given msu89dawgs his refund. Both of us feel that he will never get his Dreamcast package.

wait a minute, your calling me a scammer. In the past, I dealt with you for a mortal kombat 2 board which you said worked, but when I got it, the board didn't work at all. The board came with broken pieces, and you never refunded my money back, so I would have to say that your a scammer. mikace01 wrote a post about you saying that the board he received I believe it was a CPS2 board, was damaged in the shipping. You never refunded his money back. You did the same thing to me, so I am not the scammer, you are. I thought you were a good guy to deal with, but now I know what kind of person you are.

2 things

you're

and

300wins is a very trustworthy guy.

That doesn't change what this thread is about.

Are you, or aren't you and Killercrossover in fact the same person??

Looking at the evidence in this thread, I would say you are full of shit.

First, let me give thanks to 300wins for his handling of this situation, and his honesty. I will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who might do business with him in the future. He has already refunded my money, and was extremely gracious about it.

Second, regardless of whether Killercrossover and The BEAST3 are two different people or not, and regardless of whether the intent was to scam me and/or 300wins, here are the problems I have with Killercrossover (and these presume that he and Beast3 are in fact two different people):

1. Did not inform me that he was selling someone else's goods. In fact, when he told me about the condition of the games on one of his PMs to me, he specifically stated that he was very careful about getting scratches on "his" games.

2. Did not inform me that I would be sending a payment to a third party, rather than directly.

3. Did not ship the items to me when he said he would, and did not contact me to let me know about the shipment being delayed until I contacted him to ask him about the shipment status. I understand when people can't ship something when they say for some reason, but I expect for them to notify me about it, rather than making me contact them.

So, regardless of the identity issue, or the intent to scam, I would still recommend that anyone who considers doing business with Killercrossover to be careful.

oh beast3, do you really want me to drag out the PM you wrote me about that Mortal Kombat 2 board I sold you in the past? Do you, really? How about you telling people how I showed you pictures of it WORKING before I sold it to you. Or, how about you telling people that when you got it, you waited over 3 weeks to get your Vega Jr. fixed, since you didn't know if it had the -5v rail or not. Oh yeah, let's not forget about the fact that you THREW AWAY the packaging and asked me for the delivery confirmation number again so you can claim the insurance with the post office? And of course, let's not forget about the fact that it was insured, so had you not thrown the packaging away, you could've claimed the insurance on it. Of course, you waited 3 weeks to even attempt to claim it. And if you want further proof, how about I pull out the name of a very trust worthy person on this board whom I asked advice from when we had this problem. Let's just say this person works for the office...

And about mikace01, yes, that is partial my fault for it breaking due to my bad packaging. But I made things well with Mike. Go ahead and ask him. Whiles yours on the other hand, was packaged in lots of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and was insured.

You're gonna get nowhere trying to tell people that I have scammed YOU. I also see that you edited your post. Only because broken quoted it did I know what your original post say. What's wrong? Got something to hide? I don't.

^^this also comes off as shady....and questionable....

but not as questionable as the reason you edited all of your posts :spock:

IMO, THEY or HE or WHATEVER aren't going to sell anything to me or a lot of other people after this and would BOTH be better off not even trying to sell things here. Any sellers threads you make are going to get rushed by members linking others to this post and turning your selling thread into something other then just that.

I am the one 300wins is referring to. He emailed me immediately when this happened and I gave him advice on how to handle the situation. Seems like you have gotten "YOURSELF" in some shit. You need to refund all these guys and make ammends on getting back trades or some form of compensation. I am on vacation now..but I will call in tomorrow to work and see if there is some sort of recourse that can be taken against you. It's a damn shame you lazy fucks just want to take peoples hard earned cash and items and run off into the sunset. There really should be some sort of Physical Retribution that should come along with the reimbursement of goods and/or funds. I think one televised ass whooping would do a world of good against these theives. If one scammer sees another scammer getting the shit stomped out of him this shit would come to an end.

I get the same feeling.

And unfortunately, I know all too well how that guy behaves.

One thing is off though, the spelling and language are slightly better. Will might have cut a bit on his medicines though.

Does anyone have the address of this killcrossover guy ?
