Animation Cuts

I have been trying to stay away from Neogeo CD titles that have animation cuts. Can someone give me a list or send a link to a list of all neogeo CD titles that have animation cuts?

Older games don't have any animation cuts. The newer games like KOF 99, Last Blade 2, and SS4 do. The games that had high meg counts have animations cut from them.

Later fighting game has animation cuts like SS3, SS4, AOF3, LB2 and so on.

There is one older Neo game has missing voice and it's Ninja Combat. I can not believe SNK did this ............... :very_ang:

sounds are another area that sometimes get the short end of the stick...

SS2 on CD:

for Nicotine's winpose where he pulls his back, they reused one of his getting hit voices

for Seiger's arm rasing yell winpose, they reuse one of his attack voices

for the most part... NEo CD sound was better though.

Fatal Fury Special is a BIG example.
So is Sam Sho 3
Windjammers

and the graphical output quality.... just looks better on the Neo CD as well..... S-video that is... and it is noticeably better.

Thats a stylistic choice and a completely DIFFERENT game. He is talking about cuts do to ram or load times on the same title on both systems, not cuts in ANOTHER game from a previous title to be able to fit some more on the rom.

AOF 3 had cuts? The thing has more intros and dialogue and animations! Why would they cut in-game stuff and add the extra pre-bout animations and dialogue/story?

Real Bout also had extra stuff (like Mary´s tatas when she stands up in the water)...

AoF 3 has animation cut, which I think has already been mentioned...

KoF '96 and Ninja Masters also have cuts. I remember NeoDragon talking me through a load of neo cd games that have had animation cut. From what I remember it's mainly the large meg post '96 stuff... but I may be wrong.
