BEST SPORTS game on the NGPC

Voted for the only game that I've played and am remotely interested in playing. I just suck at baseball and I don't have the strength in my calves to play Football AKA Soccer. I guess I just don't consider golf much of a sport but I sure do love hitting a hole-in-one.

I should have voted for Cool Boarders since I'm sure it won't get any votes at all without me, but Neo Geo Cup '98 is a better game, I guess.
Also, I really don't see the point in voting at all if you've only played one of the games on the list or worse yet like the people in the puzzle game poll who hadn't played *ANY* of them but voted for Puzzle Bobble just because they recoginized the name. What the hell is that? How does that help anyone? That's how California got stuck with Schwarzenegger for a governor.

neo poke pro is hands down the best sports game on the system. dynamite slugger is alot like it, its all i own now that i sold my neo poke pro (doh) and it's almost as good. NPP/DS: best sports game on system.
Did I mention that a jap DS is 12 bucks and will play in english and is so freakin good 2 player?

Yeah, Puzzle Bobble isn't half the game Magical Drop is (or Delta Warp or Picture Puzzle), but who's played Delta Warp?
So, I think a better way to look at it is, if you've played a few of the games and can truly say you really really like one over the other(s), then vote since you have a true comparison of at least a couple of the games.

I agree with you Sweater Fish, I was thinking the same...
Now, I didn't play all the games of this list, but a good load...
I yet have to play Dynamite Slugger and stuff, but I've never been into Baseball game...
And so far the sport game I've had the most fun with is NeoGeo Cup 98. That gets my vote.

I really don't know! When you think about it the NGPC has some really great sports games. The only one I don't love is Baseball Stars which was a bit crappy compared to the real version. But Dynamite Slugger more than made up for it. I'm English (so I'm not exactly a baseball fanatic), but Dynamite Slugger got me addicted. It's that good!

I agree, although would "Target 9" or "Ghost Trick" count as a "sport."

I voted for Neo Cup 98. It's a great game that I just got from 2D a couple days ago. (Thanks a ton!!) I also got Neo Turf Masters, but I just can't get into it. Big Bang Pro Wrestling, just plain sucks, IMO, and Cool Boarders... isn't all that great, although it's alright. The Baseball game, I just can't play them, mainly because I SUCK at them, because I can NEVER hit the damn ball. Tennis is fun, but way, way too easy. That's pretty much it.

I voted for Neo Cup aswell. I like playing tournament and get all these good items.
Pocket tennis could have been much better. It is indeed way too easy, you can play without losing a set or without having points against you if you try hard. Doubles would have been nice too.
If i had to pick the worst game of that list, it would be Big Bang Pro Wresteling. Its a pretty good game for a wresteling game I suppose. But it can't keep me hooked up for a long time.

I've played all the UK version games in the poll with the exception of dynamite slugger. I'll have to go for neo turfmasters though, a game that I keep permanently in my carry case.
