I voted for Delta Warp (D-lite  ), just addicting with sooo many levels plus editor and network mode. i don't play it all day long, but from time to time it's very funny.

I didn't play all of them...
So far my favorite one is Puyo Pop, but I won't vote until I get my hands on a Magical Drop Pocket.

Picture Puzzle, easy choice. One of the best handheld games ever.

I actually really like Puzzle Link, Bust-a-Move, Mag Drop, Picture Puzzle, and Delta Warp, but Delta Warp is unique to the Pocket and just plays fantastic. I actually think more people would like it if they actually had it or had played it. Too bad it's not that easy to find....

I cant vote since I have only played Puzzle Bobble and Puyo Puyo.

But I like Puyo Puyo more. ;)

I can't believe Bust-a-Move gets so many votes. I mean, I think the whole series is sort of mediocre, but the Neo Poke version is sub-par even at that. There's just no challenge to it. The best thing is the puzzle mode, but even that is still kind of piddly; Puzzle Link 1 or 2's puzzle mode is much better.

Picture Puzzle is cool, too, or rather the game it's based on is cool. I don't think it makes such a hot video game, though. You're really better off just buying a book of those puzzles or printing them out from the Internet and doing them with pencil and paper.

My vote goes to Puzzle Link 2. Great game, not too furious like Magical Drop or too slow like Bust-a-Move, it's juuuuuuust right. And I find that the card collecting really makes it a lot more fun (even though the card battle game is lame), love the cutesy little quotes on the cards.

I suppose you're not counting homebrew, but I've got to say, my actual favorite puzzle game on the Neo Poke is Puzzle Gems by rtb7/Roger Dupond. It's basically the same as the Flash game Zookeeper, if you know that one. Excellent, excellent game. Probably the best puzzler since Tetris.

I kinda agree with Sweater Fish about Puzzle Bobble / Bust a Move...
Although I usually like Puzzle Bobble... The Saturn version kicked ass for instance...
But in the NGPC one, the CPU battles are boring...

Although I spent a lot of good times with Puzzle Bobble while commuting to work this summer, I have to be partial with Puyo Pop aka Puyo Puyo 2 because the CPU owns me, but that only makes me want to challenge it more. The chain setup in the game is very deep and the speed is ludicrously fast.

I enjoy quite much the puzzle bobble series, but I find the NGPC version quite slow and not so good.
My vote goes for Magical Drop, just as exciting as the original.

I chose puzzle bobble because it's the only puzzle game I own for the NGPC, and the only one I've ever played. :p

Puyo Puyo Tsu is the best puzzle game on the NGP. Its one of the best, maybe *the* best, puzzle game ever made.

However its been ported so many times that its kind of boring and unfair to vote for it so I went for Puzzle Link 2.

Puzzle Bobble barely even qualifies as a puzzle game. More like a crippled version of pool. Its also too hard to see the colors on the NGP version.

A pool game for NGP would have been great.

I love Puzzle Bobble, but the NGPC version is pretty poor...

Delta Warp it is then :)

Cheers

you'd still be at a disadvantage in terms of making a valuable judgement. Both of those games are tiresome. Picture Puzzle is by far the best puzzle game on the NGPC, with Tsunagete Pon 2 a close second.

Why wouldn't I be able to make a valuable judgement ?
It seems you're assuming I didn't play Picture Puzzle or Puzzle Link (Tsunagete, if you want to show off your incredible Jap skills) 2...
And some people stated here that they voted for Puzzle Bobble because that's the only game they played, yet you're not commenting about the value of their judgement.

I don't mind though, I didn't take your comment in a bad way... Just that so far, I like Puyo Pop better than all of the other games.
And I heard pretty good things about Magical Drop too... Despite the fact you call it tiresome.

It's a close one, but if you ask me, Puzzle Link 2 edges out Magical Drop by a small margin.

No, see, Puzzle Bobble is not as great as it could have been, but tolerable.

Magical Drop is okay, but never was that interesting to me. It too is tolerable.

Puyo Pop however, is complete shit compared to the series it was spawned from. The AI is cracked out. It's a worthless game. That's why I called you out in particular.

To each is own, it's just a matter of opinion...
I liked the Mega Drive Puyo Puyos, and I like this one too...

Puyo Pop has shit loads of options...
And what do you mean the AI is cracked out ? Too easy, too hard ?
I think it's just fine...
