Beware of: Games_OnGames

March the 31st: Games_OnGames Pm'ed me offering to sell me a 2-slot MVS board so I trusted him and after doing a search for his name on the board and only finding positive remarks, I sent my $165.

April 5th: He replied that he recieved the money and would send it Monday.

April 14th: After a Pm from me asking if he shipped it yet he replied...

"Hey your board is coming Fedex i had a death in the family so i was delayed with alot of shipping sorry about that.i'll send you the tracking info Tomorrow"

April 15th: I gave my condolences. (still no tracking #).

April 20th: He wrote...

"be expecting your board by Tues Day or wednes also when you finish your Project please send me some Pics im thinking about get one of these done too."

April 26th: I wrote...

"Was it suppose to come this past "TuesDay or WednesDay" or this (29th,30th) "TuesDay and WednesDay"? I recieved a mvs board I won on eBay w/Z80 problems and I won that auction weeks after you recieved my payment. Where's the tracking #? "

April 28th: He wrote...

"Expect your Board tomorrow."

April 29th: The board still didn't arrive and I asked for the tracking # and he replied a day later..

"Shine here you sorry man damn.
DC# not fedex
0303 0030 0002 8450 0092 Good luck on your super gun"

In another Pm he said he'd ship via FedEx, not USPS. To add injury to insult, the Delivery Confirmation number seems bogus.
I refrained from making this public until the mailman once again passed my house by. Can you explain yourself?

My transaction with him wasn't so great. I bought a small lot of mini marquees off him for more then I should've paid and didn't get what I expected condition wise for the most part. It was partly my fault for not being more thorough in my questioning, but he wasn't exactly up front about it either. In my opinion, he isn't the most courteous of sellers I've dealt with here. I won't be dealing with him again in the future.

Hope you're able to work this out and get your stuff. At least I recieved my stuff, although in not-so-great condition.

I am not saying he isn't a nice guy, I have had good conversations with him.

but there are too many TOTAL bad deals going on here and people either need to get responsible, or not sell. and we need to start doing somethign to root out the bad sellers.

Okay, I have been holding it back, but I am still waiting on $20.00 he owes me out of $120.00. Jeff (I hope I have been calling you by the right name) please make these two deals right with me and shinhed. I will not post our long, drawn out story yet, unless I do not receive the extra $20.00 owed to me. I hate doing it this way, but you seem to ignore my PM's and this all has happened in the same time frame. I will not say our story as long as I get the $20.00 owed to me! Thanks!

Hearing all of these complaints is making me a little nervous. I bought a Raiden Fighters 2 board off GoG towards the beginning of April. I had asked him a specific question about the board and saw that people had positive experiences with him so I went ahead with the deal.

About a week later I received Raiden II instead of RF 2, which isn't worth nearly the amount that I had paid him for RF2. He said that his wife had accidentally shipped the wrong board because he had been too busy to take care of it himself. Okay, that's no problem people make mistakes.

This was fine for me, I'd been looking for a Raiden II board anyway and the one he had sent me was in great shape. So I paid him for the Raiden II board and he said he would ship the Raiden Fighters 2 board.

I last spoke with him on April 30th, and he said he'd get the game out asap, so I'm still waiting.
GoG seems to be an honest person but maybe he's too busy to be selling. I think Orpheus mentioned that GoG is an operator? He needs to take some time off his route and get everything settled with the people on these forums before he ruins his rep. I'd still buy from him again if I knew that I would receive what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time.

Yeah, I have had friendly phone conversations with him and thought of him as a friend. I hope he will come through for me and the rest. I just had to mention my part since this has been coming out a lot in the past week and Jeff really needs to repair his name and correct these issues. I would deal with him again if he corrects my issue, but I would not send first again!

Hmmmmmmmmmm, I also to thought it was T. Anderson. I just think he took on more sales than he can keep up with myself. At least that's what I'm hoping. I know that OTHER board members & I are STILL waiting for some items, but we just figured that maybe the guys is REALLY, REALLY busy spock ......

if this is shawn anderson then he sold me a blazing
star for 55 or so.
way back when. i never recieved it in 2-3 weeks
so i recalled the money by means of cc against
paypal. paypal sent me an ugly letter slappiny my
hand for doing that and saying they would freeze my
account if i went around them like that again.
the problem with aim high was he had plenty of good deals
to begin with and then skipped town.
o. and yea. the real ugly thing with filetek in aussie land

and it was under a kimberly price.

I'll be very cautious when dealing with the following people:

- "I was talking to him over the phone and seemed a nice person to talk with"

- death of family member all the time

- too busy

- "my sister/father/mother/brother will ship your stuff coz I'm so busy...."

- "accidentially ship the wrong item"

- request "ship first and pay later"

Yeah, I was just going to post it after I read it. Man, that is messed up! I hope I get the rest of my money! I am starting to lose faith in deals here. This really sucks!
