Hey Tim,
I wasn't too happy with a game I bought from him. It was advertised as "new", yet it wasn't sealed and was missing the spinecard
I don't know how that qualifies as new. It was shipped poorly and showed up cracked all to shit. It also took over a month for him to finally ship it to me.

qube that is incorrect, none of my games in the post are specified as New or sealed, they are 2nd hand (Complete with manual, case and disks, US games don't have spines). There was,is also plenty of pics of other games to show what is included, and you can request one too which show the contents; and qube the game was sent few days later as I got your money order 3 weeks later...I use bubble wrap for my games, insurance is optional. Although I think the pic shows enough, if you want to know whether a spine, reg card or something extra is included, you were more than welcome to ask
(Also neo I never recieved proof of your money order ever since November? (for the 2nd time, I wait for you for already some time..) so I've sold off the game)

I am waiting almost a month for Ocean to send me a game he owes. He cannot claim money order woes and I sent the funds via Paypal 5 minutes after he PMed back saying the game was still available. Now, all I get are PMs over at shmups saying:

Just exposing shady selling man. Call it like I see it. I send payment immediatly, like I did in your case. You told me the game was "new and complete". It was neither. You held the game for me for one week because I was moving out of state. When I got to my new place I paypaled you immediatly, I never pay by money order, which further proves you're lying. The game you pictured is also not what I bought from you. You used one tiny piece of bubble wrap that didn't even cover the game fully, and it got cracked all to shit. Even the piece that holds the disc in place was broken. Not surprised since you only spent $1.xx mailing it, I might even still have the envelope somewhere.
I moved from Texas to Nebraska on February 28 of last year. I contacted you on the 27th to ask if you could hold the game until I got here. You said yes. I got to Nebraska on March 2nd, I paypaled you $30.00 USD on March 5th, 6 days later, like I promised.
I recieved the game one month later, after much worrying because of shoddy communication on your part.
If you can't deal with criticism on your shitty selling practices then shape the fuck up. Don't try and pull any shit on me and make me out to be the flake, I've done nothing but great business here, with no exceptions. I document, and remember, all of my transactions, especially the less than stellar ones.
I've dealt with Tim before, and felt he needed to be warned, so I warned him.
Own up to what you do, don't try and blame your shortcomings on others. I just gave whoever reads this all the proof they need to come to their own conclusions, and my reputation here speaks for itself.
You need to check yourself before opening your misinformed mouth. You're not a scammer, but you sure won't be getting any business or recommendations from me.

What game are we talking about here Rapid Reload?.. 2nd Please get your facts straight, as I dont recall stating it is new, NONE OF MY GAMES ARE SEALED nor they state in my post as "New", they are all complete though, with manual case and cds, and pics are sent as requested
