Is my Puzzle Bobble a Puzzle Boot?

I know this has been beaten to death but I was wondering if anyone can tell me about mine.

The back of the boards have no wires as others have found but there are 2 chips that are funny (eproms?).

The worst thing about all this is that I did not open up my carts when i received them, only play tested. I decided to open them all up last night and the carts that seem to be boots have not come from my EBAY deals but in fact members on this board who had good feedback.

All of the carts I have found to be boots were also stated by the seller as "100% legit SNK MVS"

this may or may not be a boot but there is at least 1 that is obvious to me. He has been contacted seeking resolution.

This is always a tough one... Anyway it looks similar to other carts that were determined (although somebody disagreed) original.
