-inside front cover has a full page ad for Taito's Strikers 1945 I & II. Release date is 07/22. No 'Psikyo' logo, but above the Strikers logo it says 'Psikyo Shooting Collection Vol.1'
-an article commemorating the Playstation reaching the 100,000,000 units sold mark. The article compares the Playstation to other popular products like the Toyota Corolla (28,190,000 units), Sony Walkman (210,000,000 units), and Cup Noodle (20,000,000,000 units). In terms of consoles, the next biggest seller is the PS2 (71,300,000 units), then Famicom/Nintendo (61,880,000 units), Super Famicom/Nintendo (49,090,000 units), Gamecube (14,570,000 units), Xbox (13,700,000 units), and finally the Dreamcast (9,300,000 units). No stats for the Saturn.
-an ad for smart media cards for the GBA which will allow you to watch Pokemon anime.
-30 best selling games for the week (in Japan). Here are the Top 10:
(1) PS2 Jissen Pachisuro Hisshouhou! Hokutou No Ken
(2) PS2 Super Robot Wars MX
(3) PS2 Grand Theft Auto Vice City
(4) GC Pikmin 2
(5) GC Wario World
(6) GBA Pocket Monsters Fire Red / Leaf Green
(7) GBA Famicom Mini Gambare Goemon! Karakuri Douchu
(8) GBA Metroid Zero Mission
(9) PS2 (a Pachinko game with a really long title)
(10) GBA Hoshi No Kaabi (Kirby) Kagami No Daimeikyuu
-five new characters announced for Capcom Fighting Jam: Vega, Jedah, Rose, Mukuro, and Alex. From the screenshots I can see how the bottom energy gauge system works: each character gets the gauge from the series that they belong to. Ryu, Guile, and Vega all get the simple one-level gauge from SSFIIX; Rose, Guy, and Sakura get the gauge from SFZ; Alex, Chun-Li, and Yun get the gauge from SFIII etc. There's also a short note from Ishisawa the director (Neo_G) who says it's nice to be working in 2D again. He also mentions that they'll be doing a loketest soon
-a short 2 page spread on the Guilty Gear Isuka PS2 port, with a focus on Robo-Ky and A.B.A.
-more screenshots of Metal Gear Solid 3. This time we have the main character (don't know his name, sorry) sinking in some very realistic looking quicksand
-11 page strategy guide for GTA:VC, and the start of a strategy guide for Silent Hill 4. I haven't really looked at the SH4 guide yet, cause I don't want to ruin any surprises
