Ok,

Here are some pics of the cab that I'm buying from www.arcadeinfinity.com. I finally got Jeff to take some working pics of it. I was under the impression that it was a Hyper Neo Geo 64 Candy cab, but a Super Neo 29 Candy cab w/ LCD in the marquee is cool too!!! I can't wait to get it, should get here sometime near the end of the month or the beggining of the next one. Just thought I would share. They were trying to talk me into buying a brand new one for $300 more, but hell, this one looks fucking awesome!!! :smirk:

Edit: Of course the pics that they sent me were much bigger. Photobucket shrank them down at bit. Still, you get the ideal :glee:

Wow 550? How did you get that price? Just emailed him?

Also, that's without an mvs board isn't it?

That thing is sweet.. What does the lcd in the marquee do? Show the same picture? That's pretty slick.. I want one!

It's cool

Here are some other screen shots of the cabinet I have.
I think the very first switch changes inputs to LCD screen. Left is off, middle is main screen input and last switch (I'm guessing) is for 2 cabinet hook up - it controls digital camera in the marquee. So you can see other person your playing against.

PS congrats on your new cabinet

I'm sure whenever I tried the switch It didn't make any difference to the top lcd. What are the phono sockets on top of the board for? I wouldn't mind setting up the top lcd so that It's showing the tv output from my wintv board.

You actually got a hold of one of those mf'rs at that place? How much is shipping costing you?

$550 eh? I am looking to buy another cab from them and asked about the Neo cabs with the LCD screens - I was quoted $650 for one if I was buying the 2 games.....

Are you sure that the $550 quote is right?

Thanks!

What I think

I think those plugs are to hook up 2 Super Neo 29 cabinets (I only have one so I can't check my theory), so players can see each other on LCD screen. There is a small digital camera in the marquee. I think you just hook up the plugs in both cabinets, then cameras capture players (my guess).

As for the switches, maybe it wasn't the first, but one of them controlled the LCD screen (I played with all the switches). It's a great cabinet. :smirk:

Is there only 1 connector that hooks up the lcd to the cab? I'm really interested in getting that lcd now. :glee:

Lets see,

It will cost me about $100 to have some one pick it up down there and just deliver it to the Blue Freight company, and about another $200 to have it freighted to Seattle, Wa. and about another $50 to have it barged up to me on North Land. It will take about 3 or more weeks to get up to me, if I'm lucky it will get to the barge line in time to be shipped up, that will shave off a week? So, I think about $350 sounds about right, but who knows now days, the damn oil prices going up and everthing is costing much more :oh_no: .

Yeah,

Thats right, they first quoted me just under $600, but when I asked them a few weeks later & Jack gave me a better quote. Jeff said he had a brand new one for $300 more, but the one that I'm buying looks awesome!! I did ask him to e-mail me a pic of the new one though, I'll post it when I get it :glee:

Himuragames,

Thanks for the pics, now I know what to expect, I'm really looking forward to getting this cab. I'll be sure to put the cab to good use :smirk:

How do you contact them? I sent numerous emails to sales email, and even to the email on their ebay auctions and nothing.. :crying:

Well,

When you do email them, be sure to let them know up front that you want to buy one & you'll get better results. Either that or give them a call. I talked to them personally when I was down in LA. I even saw a cab w/ 50" screen while I was there!! :glee: :loco: :drool_2:

Neat...I've got that cab, too. Pretty good deal you got! About $80 less than I paid and mine is yellowed .

I'm going insane with jealousy. What is the exact email? I guess I will have to say "I want to buy right now, I've got money right here waiting" in the email?

Exact email, please?
