5 worst games you ever played?

Mike's best top ten games gave me an idea. Not very original, huh? What are the worst games you ever played for Neo Geo? Mine is (please note that its VERY subjective):

-Magician Lord
-Ninja Combat
-Ninja Commando
-Galaxy Fighter
-Twinkle Star Sprites (I just got this and so far, only played twice. Even playing against a friend didn't help much. Guess I have to play more (Most people I talked to liked this game...).

Honorary mention goes to...
This one's a cd, but I am including it, since it was only released in the cd format.

-Samurai Shodown RPG (This is a bit unfair, but it only made the list, because of its insane amount of frequent and long loading times. It's even annoying than Last Blade 2! I have Neo Geo CDZ, and even it offers little relief. It's a shame, because there was lot to like, esp. the vioices, and I wanted to finish it but...)

This bunch is the worst of the worst in my opinion. More disappointment than enjoyment comes from playing the following games.

Many of the MVS only games fall in the bad game category. This explains why SNK did not bring all of the games to their home system. It would be easier to list the MVS only games that don’t suck.

I couldn't easily come up with a list of 5, but some notable mentions are:

Puzzle De Pon!R (Whats the point?)
Fight Fever (Should have been a NES game...)
Riding Hero (No comments needed)

I also really dislike SS3, I hate the way it plays.... I'm sure I can think of a couple more games I dislike.....

They probably took most of the Saki priviledges away from the Riding Hero developers, and the Fight Fever developers probably all committed seppeku before completing the game....

Has anyone ever seen Riding Hero or Fight Fever in an arcade????

How about Galaxy Fight? I've never played the turd called Fight Fever, but I do have Galaxy Fight for the home cart, and its one of the WORST fighting games I have EVER played. Sluggish movement, stupid characters, horrible responsiveness, an all around DOG. It makes me ill to look at it . . . but it does add some bulk to my collection shelves, I'll give it that much.
I give it four turds out of five. Even Mutation Nation is better . . .

From what I see, most people are listing most of the RELEASED games as the worst games, and I agree.

Here are my 15 released AES games that suck. (in alphabetical order)

01. Galaxy Fight
02. Legend of Success Joe
03. Mahjong Baka
04. Mahjong Kyo Retsuden
05. Mahjong Minasano
06. Ninja Combat
07. NeoGeo Cup 98
08. Quiz Daisusasen
09. Quiz KoF
10. Quiz NeoGeo
11. Quiz Chibi Marukochan Deluxe
12. Sengoku
13. Soccer Brawl
14. Super Sidekicks
15. the Super Spy

As you can see, all of those games are released AES cartridges.

Now here are some of the unreleased games that aren't so hot (IMO).

(in alphabetical order)

01. Bust-a-Move Again EX (it's the same as B-aM)
02. Ganryu - should have been longer, but still fun
03. Mahjong Janshin Densetsu
04. Panic Bomber
05. Puzzle de Pon R - PdP was good enough.

Basically, only 6 unreleased games weren't so hot. I am not saying they were no good, they are all good - especially Ganryu. But most of those titles were sequels that didn't need to have been made or they had "versions" of thes ame type of gameplay on other Neo games.

Ganryu is a much needed and great game to have, but my gripe is that the game needed to be a lot more involved and a little deeper in the quest. Even in 1997 (when it was made) the game would need more "gameplay" and levels to make it a top game and maybe even one of the best Neo games. But as it is now, it's good, but Magician Lord is a much better action game.

Riding Hero is a great game when played in "Quest mode." (IMO)

I think Sengoku 2 is about 20 times better than Sengoku.

I would have included Riding Hero, but I have only played the screwed-up emu version with missing track details, so I didn't think it would be fair to have it on the list.

I have two big questions here:

1) What does everyone have against Magician Lord? First of all, for its time, it was a pretty decent platform adventure. Granted, the neo was made for fighters, but you have to have a little variety. Also, it was one of the games responsible for getting the Neo some mainstream exposure at launch. I don't see how you can't consider it a classic.

2) Shame on everyone who DOESN'T have Riding Hero on their list. Quest mode or not, I literally feel that Rad Racer for the NES was superior in almost every way, and thats a sad statement to make about a neo geo game.

for me,Quiz Chibi quiz,Quiz Metantei,and Baka Tono Sama Mahjong are GREAT games

Magician Lord is in my TOP 5 BEST GAMES...it is the game who decided me to take the neo in 1990,along with baseball stars
