Someone please tell me a 30 hit combo that I can use in practice mode to unlock that one video.

Uh, let's see,

K': (opposition in corner, preferably against Maxima) Jump D, Stand C (2 hits), fwd+A, Chain Driver. Or have Joe as striker, opp in corener, uppercut, call Joe, stand C, Chain Driver.

Just for fun, do the vanessa inf.
Jump in C, stand C, hcf+C, call joe, jump in c, stand c, hcf+c, repeat...
You can get 99 out of that.
