yeah, sure ... how the fuck will YOU know? you don't know shit about ng.com and you don't care. so basically no one seems to be 'established' ...

I have bought SS 2 MVS from Chucky via ebay. The cart was in pretty good condition and shipping was also ok.

I gave him feedback but I never received feedback from him. Also I send him a couple of mails, and asked him friendly to leave feedback for me. He never leaved feedback and didn't respond to the e-mails.

For what it is worth, Kai DID make good on that deal with a partial refund, so I was OK with the deal.

Since then everyone I have talked with has said his grading has tightened up quite a bit and he is now a pretty tough grader. Insane Clown was the last guy I talked with and he was VERY happy with his US Sam Sho 4.

I just want to remind people that Chucky first forway here was not so good and since he's gotten his act together, and I still recommend him. Lke with ANY seller ask lot of specific questions.

those pics were not taken by me and that's why i won't alter them by using photoshop.
one has to stay to draw attention.

My post was also ment to draw attention on the fact that he didn't leave feedback (also after a couple of e-mails) and not on the fact that SS 2 was in good condition.

I just want to be honest and that's why I told that the game etc. was in good condition. But when a e-bayer doesn't leave feedback (after he received positive from me) it says something about the personality...of Chucky.....

i ship every game someone buys as soon as possible, i ship it in good,stabile package, i try to descripe the condition good (but of course i also make faults sometimes - but i take back all games or pay a refund when i make a fault) and i had about 300 neogeo deals now, and about 290 of them without problems.

so please again: everbody knows me, everybody has an opinon about me (of course also some have an bad opinion about me like you - but this is the minority) and so if you dont like my topics, simply stay away from them and dont waste the time of the members with your bullshit.

oh, and pete: i dont remember which ebay person you are because i sold many ss2 mvs, sorry. but i give ebay feedback only once a month, sometimes only all 2 month because i have to give some 100 feedbacks each month and this is much faster when i do it all together.
and someone needs the feedback (for example ebay newbies), i tell them to give me the link to the auction, then i do it instantly...

You ARE right a $10 game should be as described, agreed. I am simply saying that Chucky made a mistake and offered me 2 option: full or partial refund and he was honorable, and since that incedent EVERYONE I've talked with is happy with his product. Listen I repest you as a top member of this site, but as far as Kai goes you and I don't agree, and I'm not saying we have to. You're allowed you opinion and I am allowed mine, so it's kewl.

I know Kai is no hobbiest, but a seller. OK, so if you don't like that then don't buy his stuff. I personally only care about condition and authentisity, not whom sells it. I mean in a way having a guy lke Chucky is GREAT as you get the best stuff. A collecotr is going to only sell the lesser looking games and not sell everything. I KNOW he is honest, and, yes, his grading WAS lazy, but in recent months he's gotten mind around how to grade for collectors. You can be looser with Ebay grading and people will not bitch about it, I know used to sell a ton on Ebay.

Look, I'm not Kai's watchdog, I am stating the facts as I see them; which in all fairness is what you're doing too.

Look, I like dealing with Chucky and am chatting with him about buying the MS2 he's selling... thus far he's only offered me stuff he has and again, he did offer to take everything back the last time I, (repeat: I) chose to take a discount and NOT a full refund. I did not keep any of the game, but at the pric eI got them for with some trade and cosh ended up doing well. I was happy.

If he screws anyone, you know that I'll be all over him, but from my experience and those of people I have talked with, he's legit. If others on this forum come forward this may change things, but thsu far that's not happened.

I know you and he had a bad deal, and to quote Pulp Fic tion, "My name's Paul and that 'tween y'all".
