RJ's new shop Neo Geo sale

It's the continuation of the "RJ needs a new shop building" sale!

We've been to the city permits dept and the zoning dept today to get info on how big of a building I can put in and I think I can get the 30 x 40 building I want. It's not going to be cheap - the city says anything over 200sq ft must be done in the same manner as the house. This means it must be bricked. EEEK. Topping it off, the new place has a sewer line along the INSIDE of the back fence so I have to allow for easements.

So... on to the sale...

No, but things are negotiable. For example, the MV1 went for $50 shipped to Washington state.

This house deal fell through because of crap at work. My wife got cold feet...

I'm setting aside funds still to build the shop of my dreams when we find another place. This one was NICE in that it was .41 acres and had enough room for it. Sigh.
