Looking to sell my MVS Puzzle Bobble/Bust a Move and I want to make sure it's legit

The cart came with my cab when I bought it a few months ago. I'm looking to sell it but I want to make sure it's not a boot. Or at least if it is I can sell it as such. I just don't want to screw anybody over. Here's the pics I took. All of the soldering is very clean and precise. Definitely doesn't look like it was done by hand. But I'm no expert on this stuff. I would appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks.

I have no idea about this stuff. I just had to look up eprom to see what it is. So the windows are a bad thing then. Good to know. Thanks for the help.

Not if you find them in an NES cart .

But in your case, yes, it's a bad thing. Boot-tastic!
