Ah, another internal RAM one. If it read 8000 straight, then it would be a snapped trace. Since it is 8 bytes into the RAM, the numbers tell me that bit D4 at location 0007 failed. So its interal to the RAM.
There will be two vdieo RAMs, marked TMM2018 or CXK5814. One of the RAMs is bad.
A little trick to tell you which it is, short out pins 13 and 14 one one chip, then turn it on. This will pull bit D2 to ground. When you turn it on:
If the 5555 reads 5554, then that is the bad RAM there. If it reads 5455, then its the other RAM.
Be sure and put sockets in their places, so they are easily replaceable. Power spikes usually zap these two most of the time.
