thats a C rom problem.

first you should clean the CHA board contacts with a pencil rubber.

if that doesn´t work check both PB C roms for broken solder points.

S controls sprites for the z80, see that the credit, highscore and level sprites are still working.

M has the sound program for the Z80 that is used primely as the sound controller.

ok, after cleaned contact and checking if there a broken solder point or a cutted trace,
i think the only way is remove c roms one after one, and check them all..
then burn a new one on eprom, but wich eprom for wich rom...
i think c1,2,3 and 4 with a 27c800? but c5 and c6?

you can also check the CHA board for bad traces.

Looks like you have a PB with a sacced cart, only C5 and C6 are PB roms, C1 to C4 are unused since they belong to another game.

youre propably right,
other c's are from power spike 2 i think?
ok so i just need to look cha board and try to replace c5 or c6.
but with a 27c400 it's ok? cause original roms are 40 pins and 27c's 42?

There's not going to be anything wrong with the ROMs. Check from the NEO-273 to the C ROM address lines.

(And S ROM has nothing to do with the Z80.)

hit the c roms ground pins with a hot soldering iron. this how i fixed a cart with simular graphic glitches.

when i say hit i mean heat the solder on the ground pins and let it cool again

Check the continuity of the traces. Trace any C ROM pins 1-10, 33-42 back to the NEO-273. They all share the same address lines so also check that those pins are connected to eachother across all the ROMs. If they are all OK, do the same from the cartridge pins A3-A13, B3-B13 to the 273.

Hi.
I have almost the same graphic issues with my Fatal Fury 2 for the home system.
Are there new infos or ideas for that problem?
I've tried everything that was mentioned here, but the problem is still there.

thanks for the help!!
