If I had to describe this game in two words.... it's "Adequately Satisfactory"
The game is very basic, only about a dozen playable characters (can't remember if it's 10 or 12) and the characters that are there.... the designs are ok, but nothing all that great. There's basically a character to fit into the basic character types (the Hero, the Heroic something against the Hero guy, the freak, the girl, etc). The problem is, it's so run of the mill in it's approach that it's not worth getting over other fighting games. Personally, I'd say save the money for Blazblue.

Yeah i wonder why the prices dropped of this game..The game was just fine to play actually..The PS3 version is what i own right now.

I played it with Superfamifreak on xbl, I like it, I don't know what I'm doing just yet. The system seems to have more than meets the eye, it's just a matter of sitting down with it.

Have had it for awhile, and I agree with Phyeir. The game is just kinda bleh, though it is eye candy but that means shit if the game play is worthless.
I have fun with it, and not trying to say the game play is crap, but compared to what else is out there...I'd have a hard time recommending it.
The characters are all quite different, but you'll find there are really only one or two you'll find worth playing with.
The game is pretty unbalanced as well.
For a "have fun fighter" to play with friends, and something with overly cute characters for the ladies, its worthwhile I guess.
I rarely pull it out to play.

I don't think thsi is a game you can grab and play and easily understand the system, hell I think BlazBlue is easier to get into than this game. The game defenately requires a certain degree of understanding, meaning it's not intuitive at all but that doesn't necessarily makes it a bad game.

I like this game except for the last boss and the fact that no one seems to play it online.
The last boss is such a cheap fucker, one of those you have to beat him twice things. It doesn't matter who I pick its crap shoot to beat him. Sometimes you can take him down easy and then others times he just juggles me the entire round fuck Deathbringer!
I liked the system and thought the char designs were unique for a fighter. It does have a steep learning curve and there was little motivation for me to practice as every single time I searched for a match on 360 there was none to be found.
