HOWEVER... I know that some of you guys are opposed to this... aka... can't link the names of members to the guys in chat without some serious work... (M_M style'z...)...

...But... I don't want to see Official NG.com chat turn into Arcade style dead chat....

Without rot posting in the RG thread, I don't think its ever going to be complete. We need some classic Rot photos... in fact --if Rot poses with the offending article in front of his junk, I would do my damnest to get the new link and rename it the Rot Memorial Chatroom on the link.

I honestly don't mind leaving Snoot, Boog and Jet in normal chat on their own 24/7.

...Even I know when something is better than the thing before....

...IRC chat doesn't have the lag and weirdness of php chat... maybe we didn't officially go through the proper lines of communication...

...But... hats off to Diz.... this one works pretty well...

I look at the members in the old chatroom... and i'm sorta weirded out by the fact that it's so empty most of the time... let's not do a SnK chat ghost room effect here man...

If there's more members in IRC chat... then more members are likely to visit.... especially if we ALL make an effort to be in there ... including me...

It think its as simple as changing the "chat" link on the sidebar so it directs everyone to http://www.slashnet.org/webclient/neogeo.com

The hard part is getting a hold of Shawn or Mousey i guess.
