this shit really makes my blood boil, I lost like £200 on ebay last year and it really hurts your pride to know some fuck pulls a fast one on you when you had laid your faith in them.....

he did a paypal dispute just after 3 days of paying for his NGCD pad. but luckily enough i sent Paypal the dc number so it will be up to them who wins the claim. This guy is a class act.

Haha. I've dealt with him a few times (last year?) and his mannerisms and everything are damn identical to that NGFL. He pm'ed several offers for various things (often really lowball stuff followed by "It's for my kids!". If memory serves- his kids scored a copy of Bioshock and Gears of War in 2007. Every other offer I got from him after that was too low to bother with anymore.

I never really paid attention - but I was following him around, doing a little research - beeing "investigating" him and a few others for about 3 months.

He got greedy and too comfortable - thats how he got caught.

We arent stupid here - and these guys know we keep an eye out.

I'm sure there are other scammers ready to go - you guys have to protect yourselves.

I had to comment since I've sold David 3-4 games. It always worked out fine although sometimes he tried to lowball me, and say it was for his kids or he could get it somewhere else for a certain price. He seemed like a nice guy. I didn't figure he was a scam artist. When he posted a new selling thread saying he can get so many ps3's and all this. It sounded extremely fishy to me. The very first trade I did with David was my Jericho for his Time Crisis 4. We shipped at the same time, and it worked out,but after seeing this thread he lied to me. He claimed Neo-Geo didn't have a feedback system until a certain year. Me joining in 2007 believed him, and should have known better.

Neo Geo did't have a feedback system up until several years ago.

He didn't have time to build up his feeback with his fake account.

He created it in '02 in case something happened with his OG.

And the "Its for my kids" excuse was in EVERY PM I ever got from his original account.

He's a creepy, lying motherfucker.

and i let my cdz go to this guy :annoyed:

he also brought up his kids a lot. i sold the cdz for less than it was worth because he was one of the few to make an offer. another member offered me my original asking price nearly the same day i got impatient and was geting back in touch with iamsengoku to sell the cdz since i was looking to get it gone, give it a home and put the money to better use. unfortunately i gave iamsengoku priority because i knew he asked first and was still interested.

so after i give him this awesome deal on the cdz and some games, after telling me the money for the cdz was "all he had", he opens a selling thread in the market because he has new DSi's, Wii's and PS3's for sale? :scratch: from store credit he had, is what he told me.

anyways, thats my story and my recent transaction with him.

LOL, what an asshole.

Always the sob story with the kids - isn't it funny how he mentioned it was for his kids to every fucking member he dealt with?

And his other line is - "I don't have much money, we are struggling and my kids need medicine"

I confronted him in chat one time when he was neogeofl and asked why he is buying games if he didn't have any money - which turned into a flame fest.

Never cared for the guy but was nice to him after that - up until he ripped DR off.

This guy is fucked up.

Those poor children...
