Hello, everybody.
I can no longer edit the old thread, so it is time to start a new one. Here are the old threads for reference:

Yesterday, I finally received the container of Egret II’s. I received the container yesterday morning before I went to work. Last night, Andy251203 and I went back over there in the evening from about midnight to about 3:00 am inspecting and assessing the cabs. We have examined all the cabs externally, but we have not yet examined all the internals yet. We opened about 12 cabs, and actually powered up four of them. I am not done yet, and I will update the information provided as I go through each cab.
Here is the overall report of what I have right now:
THE GOOD NEWS
-All the cabs appear to be intact and have suffered no shipping damage.
-All of the cabs are JAMMA and have Jamma harnesses wired up. (Okane-San, your cab is also Jamma, but they did include a Jamma-to-MJ adapter on yours, so you will be able to use yours for both Jamma and Mahjong.)
-All the cabs have two types of keys. One key opens the PCB compartment, coin mech door, and the control panel. All of the Egrets use this same key. However, Coinop sent enough keys for all of the cab (except two), so basically, everyone will get a key with their cab to operate PCB compartment, coin mech door, and the control panel.
-A second key is required to open the coin tray. This second set of keys is unique to each cab. From what I have seen so far, all the cabs come with this second set of keys.
-The condition of the cabs is all good condition. By good condition, I mean no severe or structural damage such as cracks and breaks, but the cabs do have the usual scratches that you should expect to see.
-There was no additional charge for packing by Coinop. Packing was included in the $4000 ocean freight charge.
-There was no additional charge for shipping insurance. Insurance was included in the $4000 ocean freight charge.
-Because of the above two points as well as the fact that we bought some extra cabs (29 versus 26), the total cost of shipping per cab came out to $138 per cab instead of $155. Thus, most of you overpaid me about $17. (This does not apply to the latecomers who I sold a cab to.)
THE BAD NEWS
-All cabs have some amount of screen burn-in, but it most cases, it is quite minor and non-noticeable. It shouldn't be noticeable when the cabs are powered on.
-All cabs came with a UK/Hong Kong plug-type. Thus, you will need to get a US plug or a plug adapter to plug it into an outlet. I did last night purchase a couple of adapters so that I can test each cab, and I will personally test each cab before it is picked up to make sure it is working.
-The PSU conversion that Coinop charged us for was not a PSU conversion at all, but merely a changing a setting for on the existing power supply. Apparently, the Egret Power supply was made to work on either 220V power or 110V, and the way to switch from one to the other is simply to unscrew a wire from one terminal on the PSU and screw it into another terminal.
-The cost of inland transportations costs and customs fees was higher than expected, and came to about $74 per cab. You will need to pay this amount before or when you come to pickup your cab. (Some of you who overpaid me initially will obviously have the amount you overpaid applied as a credit to the $74.)
-Not all of the 2P cabs are 2P, 6-button (SFII-style) control panel. Some of them are 2P, 4-button (Neo Geo-style) control panel. Whether you get a 4-button or 6-button cab will probably be based on First-Come, First-Serve.
I have not yet had a chance to test each cab. When I get off work tonight, I will be going through each cab to make sure they all work, and I will post updates as I go through them.

As I posted previously, I will not be available for pickup April 18-20 or April 24-26. Pretty much any other days will work.
