If any more 2P CP's become available, let me know. :(

I think NC is only 9 hours or so away.

I live in NC and would be willing to help people who live outside of NC get these units. I dont know if he's willing to ship them or not. But if he cant ship them I would be willing to try to take on the task of shipping these items.

That is very nice of you. I think most people will be picking them up from the Storage unit they will be going to. But for those who aren't, you will be really helpful. Do me a favor and post this in the other thread so they know in there also.

If this were closer, I would be all over this. The MASS crew will have to set up a group buy eventually. . .

Your grand totals are too low man.

shipping from the port to storage.

cost of storage.

anything else you may need to deal with.

also, check with coin op if they must all be egrets. youll fill up the last 6 spaces in the container if you can offer other cabinets, especially considering mahjong cps are a hard sell.

I already checked with coinop on this. We are free to add other cabs if we want, but if we want the Egret II deal prices, we must take ALL 26 Egret II's: the 10 with the 2P panels, and the 16 with the Mahjong panels.

Adding in storage and loading cost.

It's not that big a deal, just buy a cheap repro panel. At these prices compared to the typical $1000 for an E2, this is a steal. The monitor rotation mech alone makes these worthwhile.

Sega panels will not fit.

Also, a large chunk of Mahjong boards have standard Mahjong connectors (non-JAMMA). With that in mind, there could be some work involved to make the Mahjong cabinets JAMMA, depending on if they have an adapter installed or a full Mahjong wiring harness.

I don't think it's a very big deal to rewire the cab.

I also don't think it'll be that bad, worst comes to worse if it's not jamma, I'm grabbing a jamma harness I have laying around splicing all the wires in. Then getting some mild steel sheet, making a panel of same size with a 2p layout painting that the pink/mauve of the rest of the cab and throwing in some sanwa parts from lizard lick.

yeah im assuming the e2's are relatively simple cabinets inside (wiring wise.)

even if theyre not, its easy to pull out everything and add all new wiring anyway.
