My suggestion is as per the subject of this thread.
Move the "Beware SCAMMER BennyRichards" from General Discussion to the Feedback forum and pin it there (if it still needs to be pinned).
General Discussion is a little crowded with all those pinned threads (some are quite good though!).
EDIT: The Japhei thread might deserve a move to feedback too.
And the !ARCADE!/Ray Young scams Arcade Shock from the News/Rumors forum as well.
The last bit of relevant information in that thread is from 2006.
