I would also like to know what has happened. I am waiting on my turbo-express from him, sent payment on May 7th and the last I have heard from him was on the 14th.

I bought a neo-geo stick from him last year that took over a month to get to me, he said he was going through a lot, holiday season, work etc. which is understandable.

What is not understandable is having to contact him and ask what is going with your package every week, and then for him to outright fall out of contact after a month of no package is pretty frustrating.

He needs to get his act together, if he is too busy to even check e-mails and pms and reply then he shouldn't be trying to sell stuff in the first place. Don't get me wrong he seems like a cool guy, but he has been quite irresponsible lately.

channelmaniac, have you tried his e-mail, I noticed that he hasn't logged in since the 18th I believe. I have had better luck in the past e-mailing him anyways.

I purchased a 3DO FZ-1 from him on 4/28 and also have not received anything.

The last time he pm'd me was on the 17th

This I just dont understand. Why would I need to let him know when he should ship it? As the customer...I'd want it shipped out asap..

Given the fact that dojosky is from Sacramento, CA. It only takes a few days for the package to arrive in S. Cali via Priority Mail or Parcel Post. You might want to get the phone no. from member who knows Don personally and talk to Don on the phone. Good luck!

I shipped him a 3DO system and 20-some games in exchange for some MVS carts. The items were shipped on the 13th of May and he received them on the 21st which I can tell by the tracking number (CX243468034CA).

Anyone else notice that dojosky's user page has been wiped of any info on here and atariage? I don't know what's going on with Don, but his actions and all the inconsistencies with his excuses are very worrisome.

I'm in the process of getting his contact info via an old usps tracking number. We'll see how things go from there.

I believe it's time to add this guy to the "scammers, timewasters, and thieves" list.

Last Blade and I mentioned his timewasting habits in 2004 - and my experience goes another 2-3 years further back from that.

I posted a while ago in another thread sorry, but then I found this one which is probably more correct:

I'm here too to give to " Evilarchon" aka Dojosky, a chance to reply and fix things.
I bought an item from him, paid 95$ in date 20/5/08, I wrote him I was happy he was a member of this forum.
On 21/5/08 he answered:

"Hi there yeah sorry been so busy .. everything is great thanks your game
will be shipped out shortly thanks enjoy the game !! keep me posted thanks
! Don"

After that nothing... no replies to my mails, but more important no sign of tracking.
I opened a paypal claim with him, but he still do not reply even to that...like vanished.

I'm sure he has good reputation so I hope it's just a communication problem, but if he won't reply even here I'll proceed asking a forced refound to paypal/ebay.

...C'mon buddy, it's just a tracking, then I'll sleep well!

My suggestion to anybody waiting on the guy- file your Paypal claims- DO NOT LET THE TIME EXPIRE. Second chances- and waiting- is nice and all- but if it starts getting to the end of the time limits- just file the claim. If you can't raise him for all of your efforts-it's honestly in your best interest to open the dispute- and escalate before the time runs out. Let him prove via tracking numbers that your shit is sent. I'm pretty sick of seeing these sellers that just don't perform.

Well speak of the devil. I sent an e-mail to Don just last night as a last ditch effort, and he finally responded just now. Here is what he has to say:

Hello there glad to hear from you am typing this from my sidekick lx
phone someone hacked into my PC and paypal etc its a big mess while I
was out of state on business trip and several conferences etc... so I
need your address and other buyer's addresses so I can send out the
stuff since my old roommate got kicked out he never shipped out the
stuff so I will be handling the shipping all by myself so please keep
in touch via this e-mail or dojosky@tmail.com thanks.

So to everyone waiting on their stuff please send your address to Don via his e-mail dojosky@gmail.com or dojosky@tmail.com, looks like a bunch of crap has happened, but he is willing to work things out.

What a load of bullshit. How could he ship packages while on business trips and going to conferences - not to mention if he had a sidekick he would be able to check his email at any time... and it's not like business trips and conferences spring up unscheduled. What does someone hacking into his PC have to do with him not being able to contact people back?

I sent him an email again, this time to every account I could find.

I asked for a quick refund, leaving the game to him, as it's clear he is too -busy-.

I'll proceed with escalation of the claim, if no refund will arrive soon.
