Im sure its going to be the same as all the recent fatal fury and world heroes discs as far as options... Im all for it, have had them on pre-order for months... I gots no way to emulate on my PSP , nor do I care to, so I ordered it for both formats.... now all I need is a SamSho collection on both systems

World Heroes is a hidden game in PSP version. :eek_2:

But loving KOF94 all over again. Tho this game is exactly MVSPSP, coz it uses the same rom. Yeah check the POD content in SOUND folder. Similar story with MS Anthology's MS5 bootleg.

This time Rugal pwnz!! I'd just fixed the Rugal win bug!

That's if SNK doesn't delay it.:crying:

Hopefully my backwater town will get a few copies. Walmart usually gets the SNK ports, so I'll try there.

Please do post impressions. I'm really interested in getting this PSP version. I hope it's not buggy or unplayable.

Going to Frys at lunch time...hope it's there. Anyone on the East coast get a copy yet, or see it in stores?

According to SNK Playmore it shipped today.

Expect it in stores between tomorrow and Friday.

So much for going to Fry's today.

All ok so far, except couple things. It keep asking you if you want to save the reference everytime you try to quit. And some loading here & there. Yes there is a loading time.

One funny thing tho, the game build from original Neo ROMs & they removed some system setting. But thru hack, you still can go to MVS version & choose Team or Single Play. And Debug dip still in it! :glee:

If you want & use a CFW PSP + CWcheat, you can try these codes I made.

I read a review that said there was some slowdown on the number of the games. That didn't sound promising to me. I ordered mine off Amazon, so it will be a while before I get it, but I'll definitely post impressions once I get my grubby hands on it.

The ign review?
Yeah, he also said there are unlockables, like art and...move lists for fighters.

Whoever thought putting move lists as unlockable goals needs to be shot in the face.

Haha, it remembers me the games were you can only pratice in a stage after beat it -what defeats the whole purpose of praticing, in first place.

LOL; yeah, that's the review I read. The unlockable moves is truly moronic. Unless the PS2 version is a complete piece of shite, I don't mind ponying up $15 for 16 games, but it's ashamed to see it marred by sloppy porting and poor decisions for "features".

so I'm told Shock Troopers is the 1-life only version, with no way to select the 3-lives version. Nice, as if the slowdown wasn't bad enough. :oh_no:

How can you play with 3 lives? I never see that option even on arcade.

Interesting. No wonder why I see some Mame roms carry set1, set2, etc. Prolly it maybe just simply a bootleg/hack rom?
I like to see where this "Hero" setting positioned at. Gonna hack it abit. May have a look if version A does hav that hero setting, prolly hidden. :D

It's not a bootleg/hack, I purchased a full kit with matching serials and it's the 3-lives version. Every time I've ever seen Shock Troopers in an arcade it's been the 3-lives version.

Nah, it's not changeable. I got that version once and couldn't even handle it. I sold it off very quickly. It's disappointing to hear that they included this version on this collection.

On the plus side, this should make owners of the 3-lives version feel their investment was worthwhile...
