I think it has something to do with your post count. It won't let me make selling posts anymore either, but I can make a test post too. And try editing your test post with more stuff; the board will probably eat your post and mine will be the first one.
Mods - is there a limit length on a post?

The mods can blow this away whenever they want, is it really my fault that I edited a post and it went poof, created the same post then that one went poof, and finally decided to create this one at work to see if I could/could not post and then this one sticks?
