IMGA0807.jpg

Includes:

AC adapter, Remote, Mac OSX install disks, Windows XP w/ service pack 2 Install disk (If you want to install boot-camp/winXP I have the drivers burned on a disk, too).

Printed instructions for boot camp beta 1.2 included. If you get a warning that says something along the lines of "can't start boot camp assistant / expired" simply turn back the clock to sometime in the summer of 2007 then revert it to the correct time afterwards.

Cosmetically, it's just "okay". Consider it "used game condition". The top has scratches and scuffs. It doesn't look new, so if you care greatly about appearance this won't fit your bill.

I'll probably ship fedex through my work. I may ship USPS priority depending on the cost difference.

Edit: More pics that with a more clear view of the wear:

Here's what I have so far:

Intel Core 2
T7200 @ 2GHz
997 MHz, 992 MB of RAM

Purchase date was in Januruary 2007, so it would be out of warranty now.

Bump.

I'm a bit board talking to myself - so I'll just say I'm amazed by all of the jamma boards for sale right now. Good stuff to pick up! (Please don't spend your money on those games and buy this from me instead).

Thanks.

Damn. People have a lot of cabs for sale, too. Maybe they're selling to get money to buy my Macbook? Hurry, snatch it up before that other guy does!

Can I get some higher resolution pics of all sides? I would like to know where these blemishes and scratches are and how bad. Also, are there any dead pixels on the screen? I'm interested, but want to make sure I am getting the best deal here. ;)

Hi, unfortunately I wasn't able to capture any pics... it's hard. I do want to sell it to someone who doesn't have a preference. I don't like to sell things based on condition when I don't have to - just my style to avoid headaches for both parties.

Unfortunately you are going to have a hard time selling this laptop then. If this was some el cheapo piece of junk I was picking up for playing around with I wouldn't care, but this is quite a bit of money I'm sinking into a piece of hardware. Unless I can get some quality pics and a detailed description of anything wrong with the laptop, consider me uninterested. Good luck with your sale.

I'm interested as well, but I have to agree. If it were an old-ish laptop for a few hundred bucks, it wouldn't be an issue.

But at that price most prospective buyers are going to want some detailed photos and info, especially if its no longer under AppleCare.

I did manage to get a few pics of some of the wear. As far as dead pixels, I never noticed any... didn't ever break out a magnifying glass, so there may be some dead pixels. In regards to fine details what I'm trying to get across is: I just want to sell a perfectly good working machine for 5-600$ less than what I paid for it new 1 year and 2 months ago. I hope that's cheap-o enough. :p :glee: If you're really concerned about x or y you should probably look elsewhere. If you want to save yourself hundreds of dollars at the cost of not getting a mantle piece then I'm your man.
