I imagine his large shipping fee ($450) will hurt the bidding a little by turning some people away from bidding and leading others to bid less than they might otherwise have bid.

$450 S&H....Fair Enough

Well, I think $450 S&H is fair of all these items. Asian Sellers charge $20 to ship one Aes game, I usually buy from hit-japan, he charges $30 for EMS per game. We are talking 39 games here plus 2 systems and all other stuffs. I would give it a shot, if I have the money. Japanese Metal Slug X alone was gone over $550 last time I saw on ebay. Last time I went to trader in Japan, I saw they pay very good price to buy Aes games back. Here is the link http://www.e-trader.jp I think this auction is a dream to serious collectors who are loaded with cash. I saw the CD Collection too, very nice and it is new too...wow....

I think this lot will reach approx. 3k

There are not REALLY rare games in it and a lot of conversions too, so the price will stay relatively low.

How about the accerories? How offen you see new boxed Mah Jong controller and old style stick? I would pay $3G, but I am guessing it will be eneded around $4G.

Maybe it reaches 4k but AFAIK carton boxed games were not sealed with cellophane when originally released by SNK.

This is what he said from softmap.hk

I am serious collector and will always use plastic to seal a game when it is new, escpecially for carton boxes. No doubt the factory would not seal the carton box and that gave me the reason to do it.

Looks like he is a honest seller, so dont worry.

The shipping costs are quite fair if you imagine what weight the whole lot has.

does this seem like a blatant advertisement to anyone else?

Hmm lets think about this, I am in the UK, they are in HK?

I have never delt with them or bought from HK, just wanted to see what people thought on price.

So why try and say it is an advertisement? Pull your head from out of your arse!

either way, this collection is heavily tainted. I'm going to just shut down the thread.
