So anyone playing this? I am loving it, it reminds me quite a bit of Forgotten Worlds and a Neo Geo horizontal shooter (in 2008 graphics). It is alot of fun, if you like shmups, I highly recommend this!

Need a smaller goddamn hitbox, though. Warp move isn't reliable enough.

True, your character is way too big. This problem is mitigated somewhat by moving your drone to eat the incoming bullets. Still fun though, love the Forgotten Worlds vibe....

Got to about halfway through the 3rd stage, some gorgeous looking visuals!

Using Ruby atm and her B Weapon, haven't really used Tempest much but i hear hes supposed to be the better of the 2 because of his bullet reflect.

Played this game for quite sometime last night. I'm loving the levels and weapons, but I wish there was online co-op. Oh well, 2 player local isn't too bad.

I downloaded this yesterday and I'm honestly floored. Amazingly sharp visuals, fantastic mechanics (drone, warping, upgradeable guns) and some great music make this game an instant classic in my book. Honestly, I would buy the soundtrack alone is worth the price of admission.

I've been playing as Ruby with type B weapons and just made it to the third boss. I got my ass handed to me, but this game is so good I can't wait to get back in and see the next level.

Anyone who loves horizontal shmups and doesn't own this really owes it to themselves to download Omega Five.

I also downloaded this today and I have really enjoyed it. Up to this point, one of the only shmups they had was Aegis Wing and it was pretty rough at best. Omega Five has boosted my hope in future XBLA releases if they can be this same quality again. I even like the engrish... "Grayshal Field". Great visuals, good music, fun to play. I will be buying this soon.

I absolutely love this game. It feels like a slightly updated Naomi title with incredible graphics. The level design is just stunning in some areas...stage two is very impressive. The end boss is also fantastic.

My only complaint is that is is a bit short. I beat it after about an hour of game play, I didn't even know about the ability to absorb bullets or warp until after I had finished it. If they can keep making games like this on live, we are in for a serious treat.

Definitely growing on me after putting in more play time. Enjoying it a lot. very challenging. I don't like how it only saves the last score you register if you use any continues, though.
